Hydraulic pumps which are used to power Hydra-Mechanical clamps (hydraulically actuated and mechanically locked) are portable. Usually they are mounted on a pedestal and wheeled from press to press.
The pumps include air pressure regulators, particulate filter, pressure gauge for each hydraulic circuit, 5000 psi hydraulic pump and hydraulic circuit control valves. The valves for portable pumps are usually turned manually. Because the pumps contain many features they are usually referred to as Hydraulic Power and Control Units, Control Units, or simply Controllers.
Control Units which are dedicated to a specific machine may have manually turned valves or be electrically controlled based on inputs from a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or from the machine's control system itself.
Whatever the application we have a Hydraulic Power and Control System to meet your requirements. Following are several configurations and their typical applications.
Model 125
Portable, two manually
controlled hydraulic circuits. Used for powering "A" and "B" platen
mounted Hydra-Mechanical Clamps.
"A" and "B" platen clamps can be actuated separately.

Model 130R
Portable, three manually controlled hydraulic circuits. Used as Model-125 above, plus a third circuit to power the KO Bar Quick Connect/Disconnect System called Hydra-Latch or Mini-Latch.

Model 140S
Stationary, four manually controlled hydraulic circuits for dedicated use to a single machine. Two circuits are used to actuate the hydraulically checked clamps, one circuit to power the clamp release circuit, and the fourth to power the KO Bar Connect/Disconnect system.

Model 113
Stationary, three PLC controlled electrically actuated valves. These pumps are used as described above. Two, three and four circuit pumps are available.
