Hydraulic Lift Die Rollers

Model-300 and Model-300N

Use with or without a die clamping system for ease of die handling.

Available in various lengths. For use in T-slots sized from ..812/.875 to 1.03 wide and minimum 1.50 deep.

Each rail lifts 1500 lbs per linear foot @5000 psi.

Model 301 and Model 301N

Die Lifter stability is achieved without use of T-shaped rail. The die roller will maintain its horizontal position under uneven die load conditions.

Designed to fit slots in .812/.875 and 1" JIC rectangular or T-slots.

Model 302

Heavy duty die lifter roller allows easy movement of heavy dies.

Lifting capacity per rail:

42" length = 10000 lbs; 48" length = 12000 lbs; 60" = 16000 lbs

Model 700 - "In-Line" Die Lifter Rails

Cylindrical Rollers

The Model-700 Die Rollers utilizes only one hydraulic cylinder/piston with a mechanical advantage to achieve the required lifting forces.

Lifting capacity is 4000 lbs per roller @5000 psi hydraulic pressure rgardless of length.

Model 701 - "In Line" Die Lifter Rails

Spherical Rollers

The Model-700 and Model-701 feature all stainless steel body. Die roller lengths from 24" to 48" are all one piece.

Use in JIC slots 1" wide with a minimum depth of 1.500".
