Rocker Clamps

The rocker clamps shown below are available in many sizes and shapes to meet a variety of application requirements.

Rocker clamps may be fixed mounted, attached to one or two T-nuts or utilize integrated T-shaped profile.

Most clamps are available with mechanical locks and sensors and may be used with hydraulic check valves for enhanced safety.

Several models are illustrated and described below.

Model 126 - Rocker Clamp (12" long)

This rocker clamp used in a variety of clamping applications and generates 22000 lbs. of clamping force @ 5000 psi hydraulic pressure.

Shown with mechanical lock and rollers for die or mold guidance.

Model 128 - Rocker Clamp (12" long)

This Rocker Clamp is used in heavy duty applications and generates 26000 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi hydraulic pressure.

The Model 128 is available with a handle for easy movement and is secured by two 3/4" studs spaced 6" apart. Shown with two mechanical locks.

 

Model 212L - Mini Power Strap Clamp

This 'power strap clamp' generates 1700 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi hydraulic pressure.

Use in light duty applications where space is limited. Shown with mechanical lock.

Model-214 Rocker Clamp

This clamp generates 1700 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi hydraulic pressure.

The outstanding feature of this clamp is its ability to adjust for clamping surfaces from .500" to 1.500".

 

Model 425 - Rocker Clamp (4 1/2" Long)

This Rocker Clamp generates 8000 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi.

Model 428 -  Rocker Clamp

This Rocker Clamp generates 10000 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi.

Model 428L is illustrated with optional handle to ease movement along T-slots.

 

Model 660L - Power Strap Clamp

This rocker clamp exerts 3500 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi and may be mechanically locked.

This clamp accommodates a wide range of grip heights thus reducing or eliminating the need for die or mold preparation.

 

Model 825L - Power Strap Clamp

825.tga (171588 bytes)This rocker clamp exerts 8000 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi hydraulic pressure and may be mechanically locked. It is larger than the Model-660L but the design is identical

 

 

Model 980 - High Force Rocker Clamp

For heavy duty applications, the Model 980 weighs 45 lbs. and exerts 35000 lbs. of clamping force @5000 psi hydraulic pressure.

Clamping stroke of .490 plus .200 overstroke.

The clamp includes an integrated hydraulic check valve. A separate hydraulic circuit is used to open the clamp.
