Model-530

Use with dies having a flat surface on bottom

How it Works

To use the Model-530 two spacers are added to each die. The die can then be placed on the bolster extensions supported by the short parallels. Model-706 die lifters are then inserted into the bolster extensions and the die is elevated. The die and the die lifters are then pushed onto the bolster surface. No T-slot is required.

The die lifters are then recessed and removed. Die un-loading is done in reverse sequence.

	The Model-530 is a Lift-off Bolster Extension which allows convenient loading and unloading of dies onto/from press bolsters.
	Load/unload dies using forklift, die cart or crane. The force required to roll dies on/off the bolster extensions is in the range of 1% to 3% of the die weight.
	Install mounting brackets on several presses for maximum utility.
	This bolster extension has no rollers and is used with Model-706 Mechanical Die Lifter.
